Goat anti-rat IgA (alpha specific):  Affinity purified secondary antibody obtained from the immunization of purified rat heavy chain alpha (IgA) into goat. Serum is collected and purified by affinity chromatography against the same purified immunoglobin and negatively adsorbed against common serum proteins, gamma and mu heavy chains and tissue lysates for removing other unwanted goat serum proteins.
